Abivia takes an incremental, non-disruptive approach to implementing change in development methodologies. We work with management to understand the business objectives, then work with the development team to understand the current processes. We then determine which changes in methodology will yield the greatest progress for the least disruption, and work with the development team to implement these changes.

The result of this incremental, non-disruptive approach is typically wide recognition of the overall benefits of the change. These positive results then encourage the team to embrace additional changes. This incremental change process is repeated until the business objectives have been satisfied.
